CASE STUDY · FASHION
Turning global fashion appeal into local cultural relevance.
House of CB is a globally recognised fashion brand known for its occasionwear and distinctive feminine aesthetic. Nihow supported the brand’s China-facing marketing through creator partnerships, celebrity exposure and culturally relevant seasonal campaigns.
THE PROJECT
From global recognition to local conversion
Entering a market is not simply about translating global campaigns. The goal was to strengthen House of CB’s relevance among Chinese fashion consumers by connecting the brand with the right creators, cultural moments and campaign narratives.
CREATOR-LED
Rednote Influencer Partnerships
We partnered with fashion and lifestyle creators on Rednote to introduce House of CB through native, creator-led content. By placing the brand in front of relevant fashion audiences, the collaborations helped expand reach, attract new followers and strengthen brand awareness in China.
TALENT-LED
Celebrity & Stylist Partnerships
We worked with celebrities, artists, stylists and their teams to place new House of CB pieces in high-visibility moments. These collaborations generated professional imagery and social assets that could be amplified across brand and media channels, extending product exposure beyond the original placement.
CAMPAIGN-LED
Seasonal Seasonal & Cultural Campaigns
We planned campaigns around both global commercial moments, such as Black Friday, and locally relevant Chinese festivals and seasonal occasions. By adapting campaign messaging, content and promotion to local shopping behaviour, we helped strengthen brand relevance while supporting conversion and seasonal sales.
THE CHALLENGE
A global brand still needs a local reason to matter.
House of CB already had strong international brand recognition. The challenge was not simply generating awareness—it was building relevance within a highly competitive Chinese fashion landscape.
01 LOCAL RELEVANCE
Adapting a global fashion brand for China
House of CB had strong global recognition, but its content and campaign language still needed to feel native to Chinese fashion audiences.
02 CREATOR FIT
Finding creators who matched the brand
The goal was not simply to maximise reach, but to identify creators whose style, audience and content quality genuinely matched House of CB’s positioning.
03 CULTURAL CALENDAR
Going beyond global retail moments
International moments such as Black Friday mattered, but growth in China also required campaigns built around local festivals, shopping behaviour and cultural occasions.
04 CONSISTENT BRAND IMAGE
Localising without diluting the brand
Every local collaboration needed to feel relevant to Chinese audiences while preserving House of CB’s distinctive premium fashion identity.
INFLUENCER & CELEBRITY PARTNERSHIPS
Putting House of CB into the right cultural conversations.
We built visibility through a mix of Rednote creators, celebrity placements and stylist relationships—combining trusted local voices with high-visibility fashion moments to strengthen House of CB’s presence in China.
REDNOTE CREATORS
High quality creator content for Chinese fashion audiences.

Many partnerships generated professional imagery returned to the brand, giving House of CB additional assets that could be amplified across its own social, media and marketing channels.
